Sessions and Charges
We offer a range of flexible session options to support the needs of our families. For information about government support with childcare costs, please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.
Our charges from September 2025 are outlined in the document below. These do not affect your child’s 15 or 30 hours funded entitlement, which can be accessed during the school day. Additional paid sessions are also available where spaces allow.
Funded Sessions
15 Hour Funding
The 15 hours funded entitlement can be accessed as either:
- Morning sessions: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- Afternoon sessions: 12:00pm – 3:30pm (Monday to Thursday)
Monday to Friday, term time only.
30 Hour Funding
The 30 hours funded entitlement can be accessed:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Term time only.
Where families require additional sessions beyond their funded hours, these may be available (subject to availability) and will be charged in line with our session rates.
Payment
Parents and carers are invoiced through School Money, our parent communication system.
Invoices are issued in advance, with fees payable at the start of each half term. Payment is expected within the first week of the half term.
