At St Bart's, our Christian values are at the heart of everything we do. Rooted in our vision, "Follow Jesus in all we do," they guide the way we learn, lead, care for one another and serve our community.
Our values are more than words. They are lived out each day through The St Bart's Way, helping us to create a school where everyone feels loved, valued and able to flourish. They are lived out each day in our classrooms, collective worship, relationships and decision-making. They help us to grow as individuals and as a school family, with Christ at the centre of all we do.

We learn from our mistakes, seek reconciliation and offer grace to others, just as Jesus teaches us.

We are committed to fairness, equality and speaking up for those whose voices may not be heard.
Justice encourages us to treat everyone fairly, show compassion and stand up for what is right. We help children understand the importance of equality, respect and using their voice to make a positive difference for others.
