COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

As a school we follow the policies and procedures set out by The Government, The Blackburn Diocese, Lancashire Local Authority and our Governors. This ensures that  there is a consistent approach across school

If you find you have any concerns about school please do get in touch in person as soon as those concerns arise – we find that the vast majority of concerns people have are easily and quickly resolved.

We are always willing to meet with our parents and carers to discuss any concerns that may arise and we work hard to resolve them.  The simplest thing to do is call in to school or telephone us.

If it is not possible to resolve your concern and you feel that it is serious enough to warrant a more formal approach then please refer to the document below.  This document sets out the clear process for making a complaint and tells you how we will go about dealing with it.

If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
