COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Most of the time things run smoothly and everyone is happy. However, every now and then things don’t run quite so smoothly and problems arise.

As soon as something arises which concerns you please do get in touch – we find that the vast majority of concerns people have are easily and quickly resolved.  If it is not possible to resolve your concern and you feel that it is serious enough to warrant a more formal approach then please download the document at the top of this section.  This document sets out our process for making a complaint and tells you how we will go about dealing with it.

We are always willing to meet with our parents and carers to discuss any concerns that may arise and we work hard to resolve them.  The simplest thing to do is call in to school or telephone us.

On extremely rare occasions it may turn out that we are unable to resolve issues which arise; if that should arise then we have a clear process (we use the LCC model) which can be used if an official complaint needs to be made.  If this is the case then please click on the link above to download our procedures.
